Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We use Australia Post for all shipping. Please allow 3 to 15 business days for standard domestic shipping. Express options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage we ship within Australia only. International shipping may be available in the future.

How do I track my order?

Envelopes are sent with no tracking. Standard Post and Express Post both have tracking and a tracking number will be sent to you once your parcel has been posted. 

Snail-Mail clubs are posted (envelope only) NO tracking.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us at hello@lucindakayedesigns.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.

What materials are your products made from?

Our products are made from high-quality materials. All stationery is printed in Australia, using eco friendly paper.

Are your products suitable as gifts?

Absolutely! Our stationery and gifts are perfect for the book lover in your life.

Do you offer custom or personalised items?

We don't currently offer personalisation.

Subscriptions

How does the monthly subscription work?

Our Snail Mail Club and Sticker Club are monthly subscriptions that deliver a curated selection of bookish goodies straight to your door. You'll be billed each month and your box will ship on a set date.

When will my subscription box ship each month?

Subscription boxes ship on [X date] each month. You'll receive a notification when your box is on its way.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription at any time through your account.

A note on subscription cancelations: You can cancel at anytime, however, to avoid being charged for the next billing period you will need to do so at least 5 days before your next billing date (Your billing date is the day you first subscribed). Any subscriptions that are canceled within the 5 day buffer will be charged in the next billing cycle and then canceled after that.

What's included in each Pen Pal by LK?

Pen Pals by LK  is designed for readers and booklovers. A series of letters and printed goodies that have been written and designed by Lucinda Kaye (AKA me, Cindy), are sent out each month. The letters will be written by the LK ‘character of the Month’, and are designed to be interesting. The ‘Character of the Month’ is writing to a friend/stranger and details the ups and downs of everyday life. The twist is that each letter in a series there is a thin thread of clues that link to a mystery of some sort.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any Lucinda Kaye Designs, including snail mail club subscriptions and/or stationery items for change of mind purchases. If you have a concern/issue with your order, please reach out a hello@lucindakayedesigns.com.au and we can work together to come up with a solution.

If your order arrives damaged, we are so sorry! Please reach out at hello@lucindakayedesigns.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item/s, and we will happily send you a replacement at no cost to you.
