Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any Lucinda Kaye Designs purchases, including the snail mail club subscriptions and/or stationery items. If you have a concern/issue with your order, please reach out a hello@lucindakayedesigns.com.au and we can work together to come up with a solution.

If your order arrives damaged, we are so sorry! Please reach out at hello@lucindakayedesigns.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item/s, and we will happily send you a replacement at no cost to you.

A note on subscription cancelations: You can cancel at anytime, however, to avoid being charged for the next billing period you will need to do so at least 5 days before your next billing date (Your billing date is the day you first subscribed). Any subscriptions that are canceled within the 5 day buffer will be charged in the next billing cycle and then canceled after that.
