1. Overview These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lucindakayedesigns.com.au (the "Site") operated by Lucinda Kaye Designs ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & Orders We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time. Product colours may vary slightly due to screen display differences. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

3. Subscriptions Subscription products (including Pen Pals by LK and Sticker Me Pretty) are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time (please allow at least 5 days before the next billing cycle, so that your cancelation can be processed. Cancelations within 5 days of the billing date may not be processed until after the cycle). No refunds are issued for the current billing period once processed.

4. Payments We accept payment via Shopify Payments and other methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method.

5. Shipping We ship within Australia. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch.

6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our [Return and Refund Policy] for full details. We comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this Site — including designs, images, text, and branding — is owned by Lucinda Kaye Designs and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Lucinda Kaye Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
