Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Monthly clubs (Pen Pals by LK and Sticker Me Pretty) are posted on the 15th of each month (or the next business day if the 5th falls on a weekend or public holidays).

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Shipping times are estimated at 3–10 business days once dispatched, depending on your location.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

Free Shipping We offer FREE shipping (envelope/untracked) for our subscription clubs. When purchasing additional items you will be charged shipping for those items. We also offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $120.

International Shipping At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking: If you have selected tracking (registered post or express post) you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. All monthly clubs are sent by regular mail and are not tracked.

Lost or Delayed Parcels We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or customs. If your parcel appears lost, please contact us at hello@lucindakayedesigns.com.au and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Subscription Orders (Pen Pals by LK) Snail mail clubs are dispatched once per month and are sent regular mail, untracked.
