Cancellation policy

Subscription Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription settings, or by contacting us at hello@lucindakayedesigns.com.au. If you need to cancel your subscription, please do so at least 5 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period.

Subscription Billing

When purchasing the monthly subscription you will be billed each month on the date you first purchase. EG if you purchase your subscription on the 20th of the month, you will be billed on the 20th of each month there after (until you cancel or pause).

Once you have joined: Your snail-mail will be posted on the 15th of each month. You can join anytime up until the 13th of the month and still receive the current months snail-mail. Joining after the 13th of the month will put you into the following month’s club.

Eg: Subscribe anytime from 14th (eg October) through to 13th (eg November) you will receive November’s snail mail.

If you join after the 13th of the month but would like this months letter: you can purchase individual letters from previous months as separate listings.

No Refunds on Processed Orders Once a subscription order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund or cancellation for that billing period.

Pausing Your Subscription If you need a break, you may pause your subscription instead of cancelling. Please contact us at hello@lucindakayedesigns.com.au to arrange this.

Changes to Your Subscription To make changes to your subscription (e.g. address updates, plan changes), please contact us at least 5 business days before your next renewal date. Email: hello@lucindakayedesigns.com.au
